Our acquisition approach considers much more than current financial performance. We assess location, demographics, occupancy, staffing, property and lease structures, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and opportunities to improve the educational and commercial performance of each centre.

Unlike a traditional investment vehicle, MC Management QLD acquires centres with the intention of actively operating and developing them.
